We built Zero Collective’s test launch to make sure the market demand was real. We helped them build a website with Shopify to whip up an MVP website to test the market demand. Sure enough, we executed and validated the business idea and the venture successfully grew on to its next stage. We managed to keep the seek lean while exuding a desirable luxury vibe that fit the brand perfectly.

What we learnt from this project is simple but powerful: you don’t need a massive budget or a fully built-out website to validate a bold idea. Even in the luxury space, where perception, polish, and brand equity matter deeply. We proved that a well-designed, minimum viable website can drive meaningful traction. With high-end handbags on display, we kept the stack lean while still delivering an elevated experience that reflected Zero Collective’s premium positioning. The results spoke for themselves: demand was real, and the venture moved confidently into its next phase.
